On Wednesday, Oct 22nd, a standing room only crowd of citizens filled the Firehall Centre for the Arts 84th Avenue.  Rather than write another detailed report, we’ll link you to Stephen Rees’ Blog where he provides a speaker – by – speaker breakdown of the meeting.  Speakers included Don Hunt of the Sunbury Neighbourhood Association, Eliza Olson of the Burns Bog Conservation Society, Joe Foy of the Western Canada Wilderness Committee, Eric Doherty from the Liveable Region Coalition and Corky Evans, the colorful MLA from the Kootenays.
